Florida cowwhip (Steve Koliski)
This 6ft 12plt black/red Florida cowwhip was made by Steve Koliski. It is well balanced and fast-acting, as precise as a leather whip with the advantage of being weather independent. Note the cowwhip´s typical design: the thong is joined to the handle by passing two strands through a hole in the wide front end and tied around the narrower part after it. Update Sep. 13th, 2002: Steve made a new handle of Bocote wood for this whip. Looks great, see pic! (06/24/2002)
