English hunting crop with lash
This is an older English hunting crop, with 12plt leather braided handle, and the "typical" antler, i.e. with the sharp point taken off and with "xxxx" carved on it to give a better grip. The thong needs some repair. This is the typical whip style for fox hunting (to control the dogs by giving signals), while the antler handle may serve as a gate opener/closer (therefore thr carvings) so you can stay on horseback while passing.
